Oklahoma legislators are faced with an enormous budget crisis that have led to reductions in oxygen, dental, mental health, and some durable medical equipment over this past year. Unfortunately by July 1, Oklahoma Healthcare Authority has been asked to assume a reduction in $255 million in cuts of programs and services which will ultimately end coverage of wheelchairs and durable medical equipment for adults over 21. Other states have encountered this same issue and proactive ALTERNATIVES AND SOLUTIONS have been identified. Unfortunately time is limited and we must rally to ask our legislators for more time to evaluate these options...LIVES DEPEND ON IT!!! Please make every effort to attend this meeting and help us to ACT NOW to STOP THESE CUTS!!!
